OutReach United announces its first event of 2013: OutReach goes Vegas. It was a great success thanks to all of you!

We are a cultural organization using art, festivities, and social events to raise funds and distribute those funds to organizations and individuals resulting in the creation of a conduit for social awareness, understanding and acceptance for all.
